Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Disassemble and Pack
Carefully disassemble the chair and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent any structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized furniture couriers or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
